Su serves as Technical Lead at Rohnvest, where she leads the firm's technology and digital infrastructure.
Su holds a BSc in Computer Science & Economics from the University of Salford in the United Kingdom.
Su started her career at Credit Suisse and went on to hold a range of roles across the IT departments of UBS, Commerzbank and easyJet, building a foundation in regulated testing, project coordination and institutional financial services infrastructure. Over a career spanning more than 20 years across the UK, US, Asia and Africa, her work has bridged institutional finance and entrepreneurial digital architecture.
She has been embedded in Ghana's Web3 ecosystem since 2020, with recent roles in African venture capital and AI systems.
