Background & Experience
Yang-Mei Nyatedzu leads People & Operations at Rohnvest, which in practice makes her the person who keeps the firm running day to day, and usually the first point of contact for both the team and the founders Rohnvest works with.
She holds a BSc in Psychology from Middlesex University and built her career across hospitality and education. Before moving into schools she spent several years in the family restaurant business, where she learned operations from the ground up, and went on to roles in welfare, finance and administration across several London schools, most recently as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, a senior role responsible for student wellbeing, coordinating across outside agencies, and writing the policies and processes that held it all together.
She is known for emotional intelligence, a calm and steady presence, and a genuine eye for detail, bringing the same care and rigour to running Rohnvest behind the scenes as the firm brings to its investments.
