Joseph holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Northampton, and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), with an advanced diploma in Procurement and Supply.
An operations and procurement professional, Joseph has built a track record of reducing organisational costs and delivering significant procurement savings without compromising quality. His career spans strategic sourcing, supply chain management and contract negotiation across the telecommunications sector, including end-to-end sourcing for major operator accounts (such as Airtel) across multiple African markets — covering market analysis, cost modelling, supplier selection, commercial negotiation and supplier management.
He currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Rainbow Mobile Networks in Accra, Ghana, where he leads operations across the business.
At Rohnvest, Joseph brings this operational discipline to the firm's portfolio, helping founders strengthen procurement, supply chains and cost structures as they scale across African markets.
